Ken Kalb, CEO & Founder

Previous to co-founding Analog Analytics, Mr. Kalb was CEO of SearchRev a market leader in on-line paid search optimization. During his 15-month tenure Mr. Kalb lead the effort to increase sales by 500% while driving a six-fold increase in shareholder value. In October 2007, he negotiated the sale of the company to digital advertiser AKQA backed by General Atlantic.

Prior to AKQA, Mr. Kalb co-founded Continuous Computing in 1998 and was CEO and chairman of the company until 2005. During that period, Mr. Kalb created a market leader in high availability telecom equipment with more than 400 employees and a world-wide customer base. As a privately held company, he raised $52M in capital and completed two acquisitions exclusively off the company's balance sheet. He won the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2005 and was recognized by Deloitte & Touche on seven occasions for the company's rapid growth rate. He also won the San Diego Fast 50 award for growing the company's revenue by over 28,000 percent to more than $70 million in annual sales during the turbulent telecom meltdown.

Prior to founding Continuous Computing Mr. Kalb was president of Emultek an Israeli simulation tool company, where he doubled revenues and led a successful IPO in twelve months.

A native New Yorker, Mr. Kalb graduated from Jericho High School in 1972 and currently lives in San Diego, California.
